Duane Edward’s emphasizes continuing education for all of its stylists and technicians, and invests 10% of sales in advanced education. In addition to advanced hair cutting classes in the salon, staff members regularly participate in education and training programs sponsored by leading cosmetic and beauty companies, including Vidal Sasson, Alterna, Tocco, Repechage, and others.

Owner and Operator Duane Edward is an educator with Tocco and platform artist..

To reward our stylists for improving their skills, the Salon employs the European level system of pricing for hair services. In this system, as stylists improve their skills through continuing education, we reward them by allowing them to charge higher prices. We believe this is the fairest system for all.
